Implied warranties

At Blockmine, we take our commitments to our customers very seriously and always strive to provide excellent customer service. In accordance with our legal obligations, we offer a 24 month warranty period on all of our products.

This means that we are liable for all material and legal defects that were already present at the time of sale. For the first six months after purchase, any defect identified will be deemed to have existed at the time of sale. After these six months, the burden of proof lies with the customer that the defect was already present at the time of sale.

If your device is no longer covered by the statutory warranty period, please contact the product manufacturer directly.

The manufacturer's guarantee is an additional advantage that supplements the statutory warranty rights and is based on a voluntary offer from the manufacturer. This guarantee applies regardless of the condition of the product at the time of sale and varies in length and scope depending on the case.

Please note that warranty claims are not replaced or reduced by manufacturer warranty claims. If damage occurs through your own fault or occurs after the manufacturer's warranty has expired, repairs will be subject to a charge.

Your options in the event of a claim

In the event of a defect, you have the following options:

  1. You can contact the manufacturer directly. This is often the quickest way, as we as dealers usually have to contact the manufacturer if there are defects.

  2. You can return the defective product to us and discuss everything with our service staff. Please include a copy of the invoice or delivery note with the shipment.

  3. Contact our support team. Our service staff will be happy to advise you on whether a repair is worthwhile for you and how you can quickly get back to using your device correctly with as little effort as possible.

Our repair service is at your disposal if your device is defective and you would like a repair. Please always include your order number or your delivery note number. Defective items outside the warranty period as well as self-inflicted damage are subject to a charge. Before the repair, you will receive a cost estimate from us, which you can agree to or reject in writing within 7 days.

Important repair instructions

Repairs can be carried out at any time by the blockmine.de team. We differentiate between two types of repairs:

Type 1: Repairs covered by the manufacturer's warranty. These repairs are free of charge and carried out by Blockmine.

Type 2: Repairs that are outside the manufacturer's warranty. These repairs must be sent to Blockmine insured at the buyer's expense. After an analysis, the buyer is made an offer for the repair. If the buyer agrees, the repair will be carried out.

It is important to note that the repair process typically takes between 1 and 7 business days. However, if there are delays, we will inform you in good time.
